After I tried to install the program in my pc, I realised that it is'nt working well in the first place. They explained that I must get my license key before the software could function and so, i was rather at a loss. I did what he told me but still, I couldn't get Verey I working. I had an older version and thus, unable to comply with the settings. The customer service was very patient with me. He instructed me to do this and that, and finally, I got my verey I working!!!
